這些條款（”條款”）規範您與 Re.maker 軟體應用程式及相關服務（”App”、”Re.maker”、”服務”）之間的關係。

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Re.maker software application and associated services (the “App”, “Re.maker”, and “Services”) operated by Re.maker team.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the Service.

使用者內容

Re.maker 允許您上傳、連結、儲存、分享並提供各類資訊（”內容”）。您保留對您的數據的所有權利，但同意授予我們有限的許可，以便提供和改進本服務。
此外，您必須對您所發布內容的合法性、可靠性及適當性負責，並保證您的內容不違反任何法律或第三方權利。

User Content

Re.maker allows you to store, track, and share workout-related data. You retain all rights to your data but grant us a limited license to use it for providing and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

帳戶安全

您必須提供準確的資訊來建立帳戶，並對您的密碼安全負責。

Re.maker Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account activities.

智慧財產權

Re.maker 及其原創內容（不包括使用者內容）為 Re.maker 及其授權方的獨家財產。嚴禁未經授權另作使用。

Intellectual Property

All content in Re.maker, excluding user-generated content, is the exclusive property of Re.maker. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

連結至第三方網站

Re.maker 可能包含指向第三方網站或服務的連結，我們不對其內容負責。

Links to Third-Party Websites

Re.maker may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

帳戶終止

若您違反條款，我們可立即終止或暫停您的帳戶，無需事先通知。

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

責任限制

Re.maker 不對使用服務所造成的任何損失負責，包括但不限於數據遺失、財務損失或人身傷害。

Limitation of Liability

Re.maker is not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of the services, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or personal injury.

使用 Re.maker 及相關服務需自行承擔風險，Re.maker 不提供醫療建議，且不對您因使用本服務而導致的任何傷害或損害承擔責任。

Your Health

Using Re.maker and related services is at your own risk. Re.maker does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from your use of the services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If you continue to use the services after such changes, it means you accept and agree to the modified terms.

Re.maker PRO

Re.maker PRO 是一項訂閱服務，提供進階功能。
付款將透過 App Store 或 Google Play 進行，訂閱會自動續訂，除非您在當前週期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂。

Subscription Services (Re.maker PRO)

Re.maker PRO is a subscription-based service offering additional features. Subscription payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The renewal charge will be identical to your previous subscription fee unless otherwise notified. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in your account settings through the App Store or Google Play.
